Attorney General Todd Rokita will file a campaign finance report with the Indiana Secretary of State’s office tomorrow indicating his re-election campaign has nearly $1.1 Million cash-on-hand.
Rokita’s tally is a record-setting amount with the previous incumbent A.G. having held less than $200,000 in his account going into his re-election year and former Attorney General Zoeller having carried less than $400,000 going into his re-election year.
“I am humbled and grateful for the tremendous support I have received from supporters across Indiana. Hoosiers know I am laser focused on fighting for their liberties, their safety, and our commonsense values. I look forward to running an aggressive, focused campaign in 2024 and to continuing my service as Attorney General for four more years,” said Attorney General Rokita.
Rokita’s campaign committee has raised $1.7 million in total for the election cycle. The committee has no debts.
In 2020 Rokita was elected with the largest number of votes for any state candidate in Indiana’s history. From recovering more than $1 billion for taxpayers from welfare fraud, theft, and legal settlements to keeping criminals behind bars who sought appeals, Todd Rokita has achieved success for Hoosiers.
Todd Rokita has sought accountability for deplorable conditions in taxpayer-funded public housing. Todd was the first Attorney General in the country to sue Biden over his disastrous open border policies. Todd helped stop Biden mask and vaccine mandates. He stood up for women’s sports by pushing back on unfair transgender competition. He has defended the Indiana Legislature’s pro-life laws and defended a parent’s right to have a role in their children’s education with a Parent’s Bill of Rights. He has worked to protect our jobs and the economy from Biden’s extreme regulation.
